Shakeoff is operated by Shakeoff Digital Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shakeoff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Shakeoff is an AI image-generation service. Shakeoff produces fully synthetic, AI-generated adult content featuring virtual models only. All imagery is computer-generated and does not depict real people.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Shakeoff. Minors are not permitted to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that accessing adult content is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
You may create only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content Rules
Shakeoff generates synthetic adult content depicting virtual models. The following rules govern all use of the service.
Permitted:
(a) AI-generated synthetic adult content depicting virtual models aged 21 or older in appearance.
Prohibited (absolute — zero tolerance):
(b) Any depiction of real, identifiable persons — including celebrities and user-submitted photos of real people — without documented consent.
(c) Any depiction of minors or characters appearing underage. This is a zero-tolerance prohibition: violations result in immediate account termination and are reported to authorities where required by law.
(d) Non-consensual intimate imagery.
(e) Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Shakeoff employs automated content moderation systems. Our generation provider enforces the rejection of underage content, and the platform may block certain inputs or outputs from being processed.
Violations of this section result in immediate account termination without refund.
Shakeoff reserves the right to review and remove any generated content at any time and without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to any content you upload to Shakeoff.
You receive a license to use AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these terms. You may not claim that AI-generated images are real photographs in commercial contexts where such distinction matters.
Shakeoff retains no ownership of user-generated content.
7. Credits and Payments
All payments are processed by our payment processor.
- Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.
- Top-up credits purchased separately do not expire.
- No refunds are issued for consumed credits. Refund requests for unused credits are handled by our payment processor. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Shakeoff is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Shakeoff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, image quality, or generation accuracy. AI-generated content may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Shakeoff and its operators for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Shakeoff in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timelines described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Shakeoff after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
